Exact contact or location details should be shared only when needed to perform the requested service.
With service providers
We may use third-party providers to support authentication, database hosting, file storage, maps, location features, notifications, analytics, communications and payment processing. These providers process data according to their services and contractual obligations.
For legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, investigate fraud or abuse, protect users, enforce agreements or defend legal rights.

5. Location Information
Penjolu may request access to your device location to show nearby professionals or jobs, calculate service areas, improve matching or help users coordinate a service.
Location access depends on your device settings and permissions. You can deny or disable location access through your device settings, although some location-based features may not function correctly.
Unless clearly disclosed and permitted, Penjolu does not use precise location in the background when the app is not actively being used.

A deletion request may remove the account, profile, uploaded content, service history and other personal data associated with the account, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or financial recordkeeping purposes.
Simply uninstalling the app does not delete a Penjolu account.
