Delete Your Penjolu Account

This page explains how to permanently request deletion of your Penjolu account and the personal data associated with it.

Uninstalling Penjolu does not delete your account. You must complete one of the deletion methods below.

Delete Your Account in the Penjolu App

The fastest method is to submit the request from your logged-in account.

Open Penjolu

Sign in to the account you want to delete.

Open Profile

Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.

Open Account Settings

Select Settings, Account or Privacy, depending on the app version.

Select Delete Account

Review the warning and confirm your deletion request.

Request Deletion Without Access to the App

If you cannot sign in or no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account.

Send an email to support@penjolu.com with the subject line Delete My Penjolu Account.

Please include:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address associated with the Penjolu account.
  • Your telephone number, if one is associated with the account.
  • A clear statement requesting permanent account deletion.
Request Account Deletion

Information Scheduled for Deletion

Subject to applicable retention requirements, deletion may include:

  • Your Penjolu account and authentication association.
  • Your name, telephone number and profile information.
  • Your profile photo and portfolio images.
  • Your customer or professional profile details.
  • Your service requests, quotes and non-required service history.
  • Your messages and uploaded content, where deletion is legally permitted.
  • Your notification token and app preferences.

Information That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required. This may include:

  • Payment, tax, accounting or transaction records.
  • Records needed to prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents.
  • Information related to disputes, investigations or legal claims.
  • Records required to comply with law or valid legal requests.
  • De-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
Account deletion is permanent. After completion, your profile, service history and access to the account may not be recoverable.

Verification and Processing Time

For security, Penjolu may verify that the requester controls the account before processing deletion.

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days, although additional time may be required where permitted by law. We may contact you if more information is needed to verify the request.
